How often have you said I want to work out but I just don't have the time? This is one of the worst excuses to make when it comes to trying to shirk off a workout. The fact is that there is always time to work out because you can work out while you are doing other things. For example, you can take the stairs at work instead of the elevator. You can pack a healthy lunch and go for a walk during your lunch break instead of just hitting a drive through.
