The pollution ends up trapping in the heat from the earth and the sun which is causing our planet to get warmer every year. The first thing you should be aware of is where all of this pollution is coming from and for the most part it is coming from our vehicles, power plants and any other types of fuel we burn. The main problem with this is that we continue to burn more and more fuels every single year which is causing the problem to be worse every year. The only thing that is going to be able to save our planet is if we reduce our need for the use of fossil fuels which in turn will decrease the amount of pollution we create.


One of the first things you're going to find which is going to end up causing havoc on our planet is that our glaciers and polar icecaps are in the process of melting. You must realize that as the ice continues to melt water levels in our oceans will continue to rise which will end up causing flooding and torrential downpours in some areas. This can also end up causing huge snowfalls in the winter months for some areas, which can end up altering the weather permanently in certain areas.


You should also be aware that as the temperatures on the planet continue to rise this is also going to end up causing fires and droughts in some areas. This is obviously going to be something that affects our wildlife as many plants and animals are going to end up dying because of this. And many of you may already realize this but as our planet and wildlife continues to get killed off, our way of life is going to be greatly affected.


There a lot of people who would like to try to protect our planet and ourselves, and the only way this is going to be accomplished is if we can figure out ways to reduce our pollution on this planet. This is also something that people are going to need to worry about overtime as this is not something that can easily be fixed in a year or two. While there are many alternative energy sources people can be using right now such as water, sun and wind, many people have not considered the benefits they can create by switching over to these alternative energy sources.
