A major factor in the detoxification is water, which flushes toxins out of your body in the forms of urine, stool and perspiration.
You eat less food on a detoxification diet, but you won't starve. In fact, since the foods you are eating are only healthy foods, which are good for the digestive system, your stamina will be increased. If you are unsure about the detox procedure, you might want to consult with a nutritionist or professional to find the best one for your body. As the toxins are being removed from your body, you might feel worse right in the beginning, but if you continue with the process, you will receive new energy, along with physical and mental alertness.
